why can't my outlook send mail with attachments%3f

Afetr an upgrade to Windows XP I am experiencing problems with sending
attachements with Outlook. The program seems to send them, but they are not
received by the addressee. This only happnes with messages with attachements.
I have no difficulty in receiving messages with attachments. Advice anyone?
 
Are the recipients using Outlook Express? If that's so, there might not be
much you can do about it. There is an issue with losing attachments between
these two.
