Why can't I use the mouse's scroll wheel in Access 2007?

Wholesale Auto Experts

We are using Windows Vista as the operating system and a Wireless Laser Mouse
5000. The scroll wheel seems to work fine everywhere else, just not in Access
2007. Can this be fixed?
