Why can't I insert a picture anymore?? Only files and objects.

When I use to go to inserts to insert a picture with my email(not as an
attachment) It's gone. After going to inserts, it no longer says picture.
Only file, object etc. How do I get my picture insert back. I can't find it.
Please help. Thanks.
 
Make sure your cursor is in the body of the message and that you are
composing in HTML format.
