Where did the clip art go to? - Outlook 2003

I can't insert clip art in an email message. I can't find where the clip art
went to. I used to use Insert, Object and Clip Art was in the drop down
list. Also, when I use Insert, Object, and click on the Create From File
option, and insert a picture, the picture does not show up, only the name of
it.

Are you using Word as the Editor?

After furious head scratching, JerryT asked:

Go ask in a Word newsgroup. That is a Word problem (or a user problem with
Word). This group is for Outlook.

No - not using Word as the Editor - Outlook 2000 you could go to "Insert",
"Object", and "Clip Art" was in the drop down list - it's not in the drop
down list in Outlook 2003.
