Clip Art Issue

When I want to insert clip art, I click Insert > Picture > Clip Art. When
the clip art dialog box opens, I cannot see a preview of the graphic. I see
the file icon. How can I change this so I can see the graphic? As a matter
of fact, this is happening in all my other Microsoft Office applications.
(i.e. Word, Excel)
