Why can't I find a Slide Show program in Power Toys?

Once upon a time I was directec to "Power Toys" (Microsoft) to download an
absolutely wonderful program to make my own slide shows. My PC crashed and I
lost the program. Went to "Power Toys" and could not find the download.
Please Help!

The slideshow is still there, one for HTML and one for a CD slideshow.

OK - I downloaded the file, ran the install, but no clue
is given, or help, on how to start / invoke / use the
file - it doesn't show up in run > all programs, no
desktop icon, nothing.

How do you access / use this program ??

It is in your program menu listed as Powertoys for Windows XP.
