"Power Toys"????

[I'm So Tired!]

Hello!

I was told the only way to remove all the past websites that appear in the
drop-down window under the "address bar", is to download and install "Power
Toys"??? I went to the Microsoft website, and typed in "power toys", but no
link appeared from the search!

Would someone be so kind as to post a link to this Power Toys program if it
exists??
