Why can't I convert Digitized input on my tablet PC into Access?

I have a Toshiba Tablet Notebook with Tablet PC factory installed. When I
enter information using the pen and digitizer then try to convert it to text,
I cannot get the Digitized information to convert to text.

You may have more luck posting this question to a Toshiba help site, this
group deals with Access questions, your issue has nothing to do with Access.
