Why can't i connect to my remote server?

Every time I try to publish my web site I get an error message that the
server is busy. I have successfully published it once, but can not do it
again for some reason. My server does support Frontpage...
is there something on my computer that is not allowing me to connect to my
website through FrontPage?

First of all, have you contacted your web host to ask them?
