Why can't I change my taskbar theme?

The only option that I have to change my windows taskbar
color is Windows Classic.....does anyone know why? It just
changed on my, I don't know how....it used to be blue, but
now I can't change it to the blue/green/silver anmore....!

Can someone help?!!

To change the "color" of the taskbar, you need to go to display
properties (easy way: right click somewhere on the "unused" desktop
and select properties). Go to the appearance tab; there is a "colors"
drop down box that sets the color scheme you want to use.
