Put your comments in the body if your posts and keep your subject lines
brief.

Excel *can* do this. Data > Filter > Advanced Filter, copying the results to
other ranges.

Based upon the truncated subject text, Excel can probably do what you want.

Perhaps your question might be better stated as "how do I get Excel to do
