Why can,t I use my name ane password?

Why does every window, and every place I go say " wrong name and address, I
should know who I am, plus my own password...what is the problem with this
so callel new PC "Vista Laptop" I am not a happy camper here do something

You are confusing us with this "every window and every place I go."
This forum can only deal with issues directly related to the Windows
Mail program. It sounds like you are talking about Internet Explorer.
Please describe your issue more succinctly, so we can help you.

1. Contact Sympatico for the settings, etc., you'll need to access your
email account in Windows Mail.
