Why attachments can change format when sent from Outlook to Entour

Does anyone have a fix for a recurring problem where attachments (Word, PDF,
HPML) sent on e-mails sent from Outlook to Entourage are received as
"winmail.dat"?

Also happens when sending from Entourage to Outlook.

winmail.dat means they are TNEF encoded. Use plain text format instead of
RTF to end the problem.
