Why are there duplicate emails in my delete folder?

I notice that every time I delete a message, there are triplicates of each in
the delete folder. I also use Norton Spam filter; however, I doubt that this
common software would cause a problem. Any suggestions on how to prevent this
from happening?

Does it show up 2 times aready before the deletion?
Does it still ahppen when you disable all your add-ins?

Yes, it shows up twice in the "delete" folder, even before I read the
message. How do I disable the add ins? and what add-ins do you mean? Thanks
for your help! Melissa
