Why are there blank messages in my deleted folder

I use Outlook to connect with Hotmail and, due to slow speed when opening
Outlook, I am in the habbit of regularly emptying my Deleted Folder. I
repeatedly have up to 100 blank mail with no address and no content in my
Deleted Folder. I do not know where these are from. I run Norton 360 and have
no virus that I am aware of. Has anyone got any suggestions where these are
from and are they a hazard?
Thanks in advance
Garry

Uninstall your antivirus software and reinstall it without the mail scanning
feature or download and install Outlook Connector 14 beta.
