why are blocked senders not blocked?

I am still getting a lot of emails from senders on my blocked senders list
even when I have the settings set to delete them automatically. Some of these
have an address like this: Finkelstien [[email protected]]. I get a lot of
these with different names at the front but always from (e-mail address removed),
which is in my blocked sendrs list. Why doesn't the filter work?

Have you got the latest outlook 2003 update? This might help.

Incidentally, we use the blockred senders list a lot, but what we find is
that emails still arrive as they are manifested as being from a slightly
different address. However, blocked senders emails do get placed in the junk
email folder as well.
