Why am I not receiving attachments with Outlook Express?

I am not receiving attachments from a specific address. If I go to my
provider's online access, the attachment is there. The minute I open up
Outlook Express the message comes through without the attachment. (Any kind
of attachment) I can receive attachments from other addresses. Any
assistance would be appreciated.
