I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions/ideas on this. It seems as if
overnight many of the flash sites I have built or manage are now displaying
that pesky MS info bar saying "This site might require the following ActiveX
control: Macromedia Flash Player 7" I did some searches and discovered it is
due to XP SP2. Heres a link: Macromedia Technote
http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/k...1620c$3F$3F$&stateID=1 0 23240725&mode=simple
Occasionally I can see some Flash content now without the warning but upon
right clicking on it it says it is Flash 5. Does anyone know why this
happened al of the sudden? I did a windows update, but was already running XP
sp2. I develop flash content and am afraid users who get the same warning
will not want to click the warning to install. Did my computer go nuts and
forget it has Flash 7 installed? Thanks.
