WHQL testing for NDIS intermediate drivers

Hi. I'm going through the WHQL process to certify an NDIS intermediate
driver. Many of the tests appear to be hardware oriented, but our driver is
not for a piece of hardware.

Is there a different list of tests for NDIS intermediate drivers as opposed
to NDIS hardware drivers?

Thanks!

Thank you for your response Jamez. I'm really confused, though. These steps
seem to talk about NDIS intermediate drivers in the context of WHQL testing:

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/whql/ann/ann675.mspx

My company's software uses a non-hardware related NDIS intermediate driver.
Our goal is to have this driver signed, and put the XP Logo on the box in
retail stores. If we don't need to pass WHQL in order to acheive this goal,
then what process do we need to follow in order to get the XP Logo?

Thanks for your help!

Mark,

We had our IM driver signed, there is "Accept Logo License
Agreement" button in the submission case of the WHQL account. I did
not pay attention to the agreement. Because our goal is just to have
our driver signed. I am not sure if you can put the logo once you got
the driver signed.
