WHOOPS - how 2 regain and reinstall my lost BCM account files

Whoops, computer crashed, didn't "Archive" BCM files before.

Good news, I retrieved ALL of my BCM files. Which ones are the data files,
and how can I get them into my re-installed BCM?

There's no .pst file (as in outlook) or any other OBVIOUS files to bring
back into the new install. What steps can I use to re-create at least the
names and numbers, I know the inner-linx will be gone.

Puleeze help, as these files ARE muy IMPORTANTE!
And I know I am NOT the only one with this problem too.
