Who supplies the screws?

I recently ordered a package, including motherboard, cpu, PS, and
case. Everything has arrived, but there are no motherboard mounting
standoffs/clips/screws. Who normally supplies them - the motherboard
or the case? I have never taken note in the past - they've always
"been there!'

Mounting hardware should come with the case. Double check inside in
case they are hidden somewhere.
