'While You Were Out' Telephone form

Thanks Sue, actually it is just the opposite in a couple of ways. If I open,
edit and send the oft version the "phone number" sticks and the "IM Chat" and
"Dial..." buttons are there, but are not active (problem there somewhere but
not critical to me).
On the other hand, when I publish that same form, the "Phone Number" does
not stick and the buttons completely disappear.
The phone number field is tied to the "Billing Information" control in both
the oft version and the published version, on both the send and receive tabs.
And the answer is yes to the code issue. There is code in the oft version
and it appears to be coming across intact in the published version.
Does that give you any clues? I don't really care about he buttons right
now, but I would like to figure out why the value you put in the "phone
number" control is not sticking.
Thanks!
Bill

Code only runs from published forms, not from .oft files. I'd look in the code to see if something is changing the value of the BillingInformation property.
