while moving records

It takes way too long to move records into a database. I have a copyover
program that ususally is quick. I am running XP Pro 2.9 ghz and 1 gb of
RAM.
 
You haven't asked a question.

In any case, if you have a question about your database software, you should
ask it in a forum for that software. This is a newsgroup for Windows XP.
