while installing cognos7.0 for vista

hi

when i am tring to install cognos7.0 at the end of confuguation sept up it
is coming out and giving error
configuration manager has stopped working' when find solution we will
notify u

i installed the same in my desktop with same configuration(vista home
premium) successfully.
but it is not installing in my laptop

Is that Ultimate Software's Cognos? If so did you check with their
tech support?
