Which windows application (process) is generating internet traffic

Hope someone can help.
I've noticed that while all my applications are closed (and I've closed most
of the icons in the systray), my PC is still sending and receiving a lot of
traffic to/from the internet.

My first concern is that someone is copying my data.
I have Norton Internet Security running.
I've tried running Windows defender and the malicious software removal tool
but they have found nothing.

Can anyone help?
Does anyone know of a utility that shows me how much traffic each
application (process) is generating.
