Which process is using my network?

I've recently noticed that my network activity indicator (the little CRTs
at the bottom right of the screen) flashes to indicate outgoing traffic
every two seconds or so. Are there any utilities around that will help me
find out which process is doing that?

Most firewalls can help:
Sygate Personal Firewall: www.sygate.com
Zone Alarm: www.zonelabs.com

Note, the built-in XP firewall can't help because it doesn't block or detect
outgoing traffic, hence, this requires third party software. The software
above both offer free versions. There are other free versions of firewalls
available as well.
