which version of microsoft word comes with equation editor?

i need a microsoft word with equation editor or math type for my math class
and wanted to know which onces have it.. thankx

All versions of Office (at least as far back as 6.0) have the Equation
Editor, but it isn't installed by the "standard" installer option -- you
have to use the "complete" or "custom" options.

MathType doesn't come with any version of Office. You have to buy it
separately (www.mathtype.com), although there is a free trial version.
