Which Updates do I need?

In the Auto Updater, there is list, and of course they are
all defaulted YES, however do I really need all these
updates? I recently received the XML Parser
update...don't think I need that, but got it anyway. The
ones related to Windows 2000 are needed but what about the
others?
 
You need to be comfortable with what AutoUpdate is doing to your computer.
Visit the WindowsUpdate site in your browser and search through the updates
and related articles.
 
I agree! You probably don't need every update. However, I
would think twice about bypassing any critical updates.
