which group should be used?

Hello,
Anybody got a list for which questions should be directed to which group, ie
appropriate for the General or appropriate for Help and Support, etc.

No.. Just common sense.

If your question is about Firefox.. I doubt there are any groups here
"appropriate" to ask it in.

If your question concerns Media Player - your best bet is in the Media
Player specific group.

If your question is about a BETA product - then on the web page you likely
downloaded the beta from is a link to where you should post your questions.

If you are unsure - ask in a "general" group and somone - if they feel you
will get a better (clearer and more precise) answer elsewhere - will direct
you accordingly.

In any case - ask. =)
