Where's One Note

Just got Office 2003 Small Business pack - everything fine but I can't find
OneNote - should it be there?

According to http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/compare.mspx,
Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 does not include OneNote. You
can purchase OneNote separately.
