Where to download latest IE6 whole???

I want to download IE6. Really just SP1 but when I try to
use microsofts little setup.exe for IE6 SP1 it alway says
the proxy is busy. IT NEVER STARTS downloading.
Where can I just download it normally without the BS?

Problems with Windows Update:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
Remember to disable all anti-virus and spam/junk/web filtering you may have
installed when doing updates.
