Full IE6 download

Is there a way to download the full ie6 file? I'm working on someone's
computer and have been able to download sp1. However, there still
seems to be a problem with ie6. I'd like to do a full download (not
just the sp1 setup file). Is there a link where I can find it?

If the system is running WinXP, you want WinXP-SP1(a), not IE6-SP1.
