Where to buy Excel 2000?

I can go Amazon today and buy standalone Excel 2003 or 2004. I use, like, and want to stay with Excel 2000 on my next computer. Where could I buy a copy of this program today?

I'd look on EBay. Make sure you purchase a legitimate retail version, not an
OEM version.

Can you discuss or refer me to an explanation of why OEM is not acceptable? I see that for sale all over the place, I think.
