Where manually download VIA Rhine Ethernet hotfix on Microsoft site?

Pat, thank you for your voice of moderation and helpfulness.

I was getting the impression that "kurttrail" was taking me to task
for daring to ask for help about something I can not solve.

I'm glad to hear that he is not representative of the people here.
