You would have to give more background information on how you got to the
point you are at, what you are missing, etc... Please do this in response
to this in the Newsgroups so someone will be better able to assist you.

All except your news reader or are you borrowing a computer?

See if the missing programs are still in the folder...

C:\Program Files

Try looking for

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

for example.

If they are still there you can recreate the shortcuts to them.
