Where is the User Guide to "Phone Dialer"?

I have installed "dialer" in my Start folder as per post under Q285920. The
only info I can find about it is under Product Documentation and is very
general (and short). The link to www.activevoice.com/dialer is a dead end.
ActiveVoice doesn't have any info on their web site about it at all. This is
a program that has been around since 1998, but I can't find any help on how
to find the details of using it. I want to use it to dial a long list of
phone numbers I have in an excel s/s. Any help would be appreciated.

There's not likely to be much 'documentation' on it - it is far from a
sophisticated program...

Try searching the XP help file on the start menu: phone dialer. There is
some info that might help.

Thanks, Shenan. The link you gave me is the one I was referring to in my
post. At least I now know that is all there is.

It's a phone dialer, not a rocket science program.

Ah-h-h-h!, Mr Grumpy-san, kindly tell Grasshopper what type modem needed and
how to import excel file to dialer, and what is switch needed to connect to
LAN if voice modem not installed? Or what type headset needed to listen and
speak? How can I utilize my dsl connection that has low pass filter to work
with voice line? Since NIC card has ethernet plug, to connect to wall jack
must use RJ11... will installing dialup modem interfere with NIC?..... I
really could go on, you know!
