where is the tracking tab on my sent messages in Outlook?

When I send a message in Outlook, how do I know if the message has been
received. Help says to check the tracking tab on my sent message. I cannot
figure out where or what the tracking tab is.

Hi there,
well first off you must make sure that you have tracking turned on in
outlook, in 2003 go to tools - options - email options - tracking options and
now check the boxes there
check the boxes that suit your fancy ok and apply

Now there is something to note that is important the other person may have
turned off tracking on their end, which was the don't send a response and it
may be that you will not get information regarding the email being tracked

Go to sent items, and open an e-mail that is being tracked, click on it and
you will see a tab at the top that says tracking tab - I rarely get them..
