where is the script?? for this

I get a blank message box with an x through a red circle and an vbok button
when I try to right click an icon on my desktop. Also this happens when
pressing cut,copy, past in explorer (not the browser). After clicking the
vboks the right click menu appears. Where can I find the script so I can get
rid of it? Thanks for any help with this. I don't know how it got on my
computer but it is annoying. Alan

Hi Alan,

A shell extension / context menu handler might be causing this. You can
isolate the problem by following "Method 2" in the following article.

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
