Where is the CD Burning Folder in Vista?

The subject says it all...I simply can't find it.

Thanks for any help.

Insert the CD, drag your files to it and click the burn button on the
Command bar. If you don't see it, open Computer > open the CD and the drag
whatever files you want to burn.
