Where is My Lic Key?

I purchased Vista Basic Upgrade from CCity Online download. It came with my
Product Key for the software. Installed Vista. 2 weeks ago.

Now, I upgraded with Anytime Upgrade to Home Premium Purchased thru
Microsoft 3 Days ago.
I am upgraded to Home Premium Now, but Cant find my Licence Key for my
purchase. Also, My digital Locker doesnt even show my Purchase for Home
Premium from Microsoft, just my first Purchase of Home Basic with its own Lic
Key.

Now How do I get my Lic Key? I emailed Microsoft Anytime Upgrade support
and they sent my a link for my Lic Key. When I click the link it goes into
Change lic Key setup and states you cant change the lic with this version of
windows? So I saved the lic as a File. And I still dont know my Purchased
LIC Key for Vista Premium!!! HOW do I get it?
If I have to reinstall Vista Cleanly, It would install Home Basic, 90 mins,
then Upgrade to Premium again? I dont get it? The only Key I have is for
Home BASIC! Costing me 180.00

It can take a week or so for it to appear in your digital locker.

If you want the CD Key, download and install Belarc Advisor. Run it and
there's a section that shows licences and installation keys.
