where is IIS in xp home?

I used personal web server on win 98se, now I got xp home but pws is
not there! Where is the server IIS ??
Should I upgrade to xp pro? how could I test my scripts without a
personal web server?

Uhuru --

You'll need to upgrade to Windows XP Professional
in order to have the IIS component.

IIS is not part of, nor will it run on, XP Home. If you want IIS you will
have to upgrade to XP Pro.
