Where is all the email in my inbox?

Email in my inbox from the last 3 years is suddenly gone. I have Properties
set correctly so that it is not deleted or archived. My service provider
suggested that Outlook deleted it. Any thoughts on how I can retrieve it? I
have receipts from purchase orders and other important & sentimental email.
Teaches me not to trust my Inbox!

Right click on your toolbar area and enable the Advanced Toolbar. Use the dropdown to change the view to messages rather than unread messages or messages from the last 7 days.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
