What kind of lines? If you need lines to type on, you can anchor a
table with horizontal borders to the header (see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/AnchorToHeader.htm): it will then
repeat on all pages using that header. Note that a fixed row height as
well as fixed line spacing will be required.
