Outlook Remove To and CC from Outlook template

want to create a template and want to remove certain lines such as the to and cc lines and use bcc line only. Additionally want to remove the reply ability from the template so addressees cannot reply to the email.

Any help would be great

If this is for in-company use only it may be possible because you can control how Outlook shows the form to others using your form definition (published or one-off)
But if you send it over the internet this won't be possible as you can not control how the email software of the recipient behaves. google "customizing outlook forms" for more info. use the slipstick website.
