Where has advance Edit gone in 2007 for signatures?

I'm trying to edit a signature using word as you could in outlook 2003, but i
cannot see where you can use the advance edit function.

Can any one help?

I was looking to create a signature with images using a table to line them up
properly.

Once you've created your signature you can open the htm-file in the
Signatures folder in the HTML editor of your choice to further modify it.
