Outlook 2007 Photo in Signature problem

In 2003 we could go to Advanced Edit to add a photo to a signature---and
could adjust the size, etc. In 2007 I cannot find Advanced Edit and I can't
figure out how to re-size the picture.....it has the little blocks on the
edges like I SHOULD be able to grab to resize....but nothing happens. I'm
guessing I could go into Word to create this, and save it....but it seems
like there should be a much easier way to do it and I've not been able to
figure it out. I'm researching this for one of my students and need to make
it as simple as possible. Thanks for any light you can shed on this!!!

I figured it out!!! In case anyone else has had a problem with this (and
I've not seen another posting addressing this issue) here is the answer....
Create your email signature in the BODY OF AN EMAIL....then copy and paste
it into the Signature Editor. This seems like a VERY ODD way to have to do
it.....it used to be so very easy in the 2003 version----but it does work.
One note, however......after you do the Paste you might not see the photo in
the editor....but when you save it and open a new email, it should be there.
GOOD LUCK!
