Do you have an html editor installed? if so, go to Control Panel, Internet
Options, Programs tab and change the default HTML editor to another program
in the list and apply. Change it back to whatever you to use as the HTML
editor.

Diane, I am having the same problem with outlook 03 and vista. I continue to
get the same error message even after I've changed my editor to word or
notepad. is there another fix?

Diane, thank for the reply. Yes, I went into my HTML editor and choose Word.
I still am getting the same error message. Is there any other fix for
outlook 2003 on vista operating system? I want to add some logo's to my
signature line on emails.
