Where does Outlook store profiles

T

Tia

I have a user who was on a previous domain that wants to
copy his old .pst file to his new profile on the new
domain. I can only log onto the machine as the
administrator. Where does outlook store its profiles
and/or .pst files? I may be using the wrong terminology
here, but is this user's past profile pretty much lost if
i cannot find his profile as the administrator? He was
using a POP server to retreive his mail prior to now.
Any help is appreciated here!!

Thanks,

Tia

He should be able to put the .PST file anywhere he wants it and then use
File | Open | Outlook Data File (within Outlook) to open it. If he is using
Windows 2000 or XP on his machine, he'll need to search in hidden and system
folders to find all possible .PST files.
