Where does all my email go?

When I sign onto Outlook, it will automatically start downloading all of my
email. It will say that I have 171 emails, but only 48 go into my Inbox and
0 goes into my Spam folder or Junk Mail. WHERE DOES THE OTHER 123 emails go?
How do I find them? And all of my email addresses come to my MAIN inbox.

Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
Running any third party junk e-mail filter or security suite?
Does your webbased account indicate you have 171 emails as well?

"And all of my email addresses come to my MAIN inbox"
Where would you want it to go instead?
