Where do I find the upside down, leading question mark for Spanis.

I would like to type the leading question mark (upside down question mark)
that occurs in Spanish but have been unsuccessful in locating it. Do you
know how I find it?

Thanks! I found it at the url. Seems you omitted one of the key strokes.
They had: ¿ = Alt+Ctrl+Shift+? Which did work for me.

¿ can also be entered by holding Alt key down and entering 0191 (on the
numeric keypad).
